Applies to Outlook 2003
Step 1: From the Calendar view, see the Navigation Pane (the column on the left side of the Outlook window) and click Share My Calendar.
Step 2: Click Add.
Step 3: Within the Add Users dialogue box, in the Type Name or Select from List box, enter the name of the person whom you want to grant sharing permissions to.
Step 4: Under Add Users, click Add, and then click OK.
Step 5: In the Name box, click the name of the person you just added.
Step 6: Under Permissions, in the Permission Level list, click the permission level that you want to grant to the user. Done!
